What Photo to Send

Send the best liked, good, clear studio portrait, snapshot or passport photo either in black and white or color. Be sure that the face is not too small as it will not enlarge very well. With a good original, we can make a good black and white or color monument picture in any size through digital reduction or enlargement.

Remember, the quality of the engraving is determined by the quality of the original picture. Blurred or overexposed photos, textured paper or very small pictures can be very difficult to work with. Poor quality images will be processed at your own risk.

PLEASE indicate where pictures are to be cropped. If there is more than one person in the photo, please be sure to indicate which person or persons are to be used in the engraving.

Scanning Instructions

If you have access to a digital scanner, you can send your images via email to taos_mt_heritage@msn.com with "Ceramic Photo" in the subject line of your email. Images should be scanned at minimum of 300 dpi.

Order Process

1. Download and print our Order Form and fill out as completely as possible.
2. Prepare your original photo as specified above and place it in a cardboard reinforced envelope (or email the scanned image), along with your completed order form, and a check or money order for the full amount of the ceramic shape and size you have chosen.
3. Mail to:

4. Once your photo ceramic has been completed, it will be sent with your original image by postal mail. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the entire process.
5. There is a $10.00 mail & handling fee on all orders.
